Change can result in a loss of business, but without it, the business does not stay relevant. The same is true for safety, where we lose participation from a perception of “you don’t like the way I’m doing my job.” Change is continuous: it is a journey, a collection of small adjustments, and it takes leadership to make this happen. Lead that change by charting a course, creating meaningful goals, communicating a vision, and empowering others to act on that vision.
