To say you’re in the business of information is one-sided, and while information management is key in business success, it’s the use of it, through communication, that makes it work. Safety professionals should know this: our marketplace is educated by us, bombarded with information we provide that we know, but our marketplace may not. It’s the “getting through” part that makes what we do successful. Communication is what we give to get understanding.
