One of the fundamental components of a successful business is listening to the customer. While a business can focus toward a specific market to be successful, safety professionals have a wider market to approach. It’s easy to gravitate to those that listen to you; however, we need the support of the silent and those that may not buy what we’re selling. Listening is a magnetic and strange thing, a creative force: and over time it can overcome the barriers that limit safety performance.
