There are times in a safety professional’s career where the challenges seem to focus on trying to please the “un-pleasable.” Don’t let this ruin the safety experience for those that benefit. Focus on the outcome and market the relationship. Businesses do this with their customers: the result is a focus on the strengths that make for success.
