In safety, we do that by getting to know our customers: there is no better way than to anticipate needs, create services that satisfy those needs, and go the extra mile to deliver beyond the customer’s expectations. Simple things such as (but not limited to) developing tools that enhance what they are doing for the company, not just safety, and education to help them be better at their jobs makes all the difference. Integration of safety into business makes for a foundation of success by leading to what is needed before it’s known.
